Why these exist
I run support ops for a living. These are the tools I wished existed.
By day I'm a Support Solutions Engineer at a large SaaS company — the person who untangles workflows, automates the tedious parts, and figures out how teams actually move faster. Most tools on the market are built by people guessing at that job. These are built by someone doing it.
Each solution here is small on purpose. It does one real thing well, it respects your data, and it's built to complement the tools you already use instead of replacing them. No bloat, no lock-in, no per-seat surprise.
